     I have connected the tool to my pc via the usb cable & I've installed the pc suite as well, but the update & the printer does not detect the tool. Please help. My pc runs windows 7 on a laptop.

    Hi, as I have checked the free update period of your device expired in 2014 already. So no update is available now unless you buy new update for this unit. Thanks!
